Didn't Dudley Goodlette go on to be a bowling Eminence at Brookside Bowl? Seems his name was up on the High Games ladder mounted on the wall above the pinball machines.

Him ( Dudley Goodlette), and Moon Mullins. I think "Moon Mullins" Had at least (3) "300" games on the famed Brookside Bowl hall of fame wall.
ReplyDeleteAs for me, at 10 years old I had a 3 game series of "700" during Bantem League play in 1968. Funny thing is....I still have the Shirt, patches and trophy. Now that's a sick 'pack rat'...lol!
Do you have any recollection of one of the house pros at Brookside Bowl, guy named Henry Daniels? Horn-rim glasses and swept back greaser hair, great sense of humor. Maybe did a little time. Wasn't Moon Mullins an East Naples sporting triple threat... pool player, stock car driver, and bowler, too?
