Not a blog more like another pier banyan tree, a place to come & sit for a little while & wait for something fun to happen. A place for all the greezers, candyasses, Halloween egg throwers, former Publix bagboys & dirt bike riders to kill a little time until Halloween. Just like the good old days, wait around for a couple hours until you could find some geezer to buy you beer...

After this big storm in like 1965, the lifeguards left this big heavy rescue board on the beach- just out there. Like..Free! I came and started riding it in the shorebreak. I think it was Mike Weeks- he was one of the lifeguards..said I could have it. From that day on I'd go down there every day and just paddle it around for hours. It was at least 10ft. long and 5" thick. The best.
